I had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel in the North-east suburbs. Its convenient location allowed me easy access to the city center, and the spacious and beautifully arranged room surpassed my expectations. The fast internet connection was a bonus, and the friendly staff, especially Mr. Renato and Mr. Hoffmann, provided excellent guidance and assistance during my stay. I was impressed by their willingness to go above and beyond, even helping me order takeaway and preparing a delicious chicken salad when the restaurant was closed. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of tasty options. the service, comfort, and attention to detail made my stay here truly exceptional.
Families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay will find this hotel to be an ideal choice.

This is a typical business hotel. Clean and comfortable. Everything worked and room was spacious with a balcony, including WiFi. What we found was particularly pleasant was that there were actually 3 english speaking tv channels, after having no english channels after staying at 8 previous hotels in germany. The breakfast was fantastic being a full combination of Continental and English, we could not have wished for more. Restaurant was pleasant and staff very helpful, at all times.
Nothing really for the price, except it is probably far from the Messe and 20kms from the airport. It is not in a tourist area.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, providing easy access to the city center and the messe stop. the friendly suburb adds to the peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-arranged, while the staff provides excellent service. the breakfast is delicious and offers a variety of options. the hotel also offers free wifi to its guests, and some rooms even provide a nice view of the area.
The hotel can be quite expensive, especially during high season or events.

Everything is fine.
Wireless Internet works only on notebook. It doesn't work on iPhone and iPod Touch, signal is poor in the rooms.

Free parking, free wifi
Faraway form Messe. There was a city bell 200m from my window. It was beating everyday at 7 am. Because of it, I will never sleep in this hotel again

We had a great stay in the North-east suburbs with easy access to the rail station linked to the city. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a spacious and well-arranged room that had a fast and reliable internet connection. Moreover, the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, always guiding us with a smile and giving us useful tips. We also enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast with parking available on-premises. We loved the friendly and peaceful suburb with a lovely park nearby. It was the perfect location for our business meeting nearby.
Nothing could have been better.

Room is big and spacious except the toilet is improportional small comparing to the room. Enough parking space. Good to have a lift so that we don't need to take our luggage upstairs.
Poor maintenance. Cleanliness is not quite satisfactory as there is bird's dung on the curtain has not been cleaned. Furniture worn out and was not fixed (need to improve their maintenance). Food is just OK.

The hotel is in a very nice, quiet village. The location is a distance from Frankfurt proper but is close to the metro (S6) and there is a shuttle. The staff is extremely nice and very competent. I will certainly stay there again.

The hotel room was spacious, nicely arranged, and better than a 5-star hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Renato and Mr. Hoffmann, were very helpful and guided us around the city center. The internet was fast and reliable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Good food and coffee, and comfy beds. The breakfast selection was quite nice, and the parking was great. The room was big and had all the necessities. Great location, close to public transportation and amenities.
The decor was boring and outdated. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, with some hair on the floors and in the shower.

Gerhardt, our waiter, gave us suggestions of places to visit in the area, and was very informative. All the staff we dealt with were able to speak English.
